End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and Nimatype LLC ("Licensor", "we", "us") and governs your use of the font software you download from nimatype.com, whether purchased or obtained free of charge (the "Font Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, don't download or use the Font Software.

1. What you're licensing

The Font Software is licensed, not sold. Nimatype LLC and its designers retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Font Software. This Agreement grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Font Software under the terms of the license type and tier shown on your order — it does not transfer ownership of the Font Software to you.

Every license on Nimatype LLC is perpetual: there's no subscription or renewal, and a given license covers the version of the Font Software available at the time of purchase as well as bug-fix updates Nimatype later publishes for it.

2. License types

Nimatype LLC fonts are licensed under one or more of the following license types. Your receipt and download link tell you which type and tier apply to your purchase.

Web	Self-hosting or serving the font as a webfont via CSS `@font-face` on a website you control.	Monthly pageviews (e.g. "Up to 10k pageviews/mo")
App	Embedding the font inside a mobile or desktop application or SaaS product you distribute.	Per application/product, as stated on your order
ePub	Embedding the font inside a single eBook or digital publication.	Per publication, as stated on your order

Fonts marked Free for personal & commercial use are licensed at no cost under a Desktop license covering unlimited users, for both personal and commercial work, subject to the restrictions in Section 4 below.

3. Family vs. single-style purchases

You may license an entire font family at once ("Bundle") or a single style from that family ("Single style"). A single-style license covers only the specific style(s) you purchased — it does not grant rights to any other style in the family. Family and single-style purchases carry the same restrictions in Section 4, and both include the license-type and tier terms shown at checkout.

4. What you can and can't do

Within the license type, tier, and user/pageview limits you purchased, you may:

Install the Font Software on the licensed number of computers, or serve it on the licensed website, app, or publication.
Use the Font Software to create logos, artwork, documents, images, and other original content, and distribute that content freely — the Font Software itself does not need to be licensed by anyone who merely views or receives that content.
Convert the Font Software to a webfont format for use under a Web license on a site you control.
Embed the Font Software in a PDF or similar document for viewing and printing, provided the document restricts font extraction/editing where the software you use allows that option.

You may not, under any license type or tier:

Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise redistribute the Font Software itself, in original or converted form, whether alone or bundled with other software.
Share the Font Software files with anyone outside your organization who isn't covered by your license, including via file-sharing sites, font marketplaces, or internal tools that expose the raw files.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative typefaces from the Font Software, except for the limited webfont subsetting/conversion permitted under Section 4 above.
Use the Font Software to create a competing font product or claim authorship of the underlying design.
Use the Font Software beyond the number of users, pageviews, applications, or publications stated on your order without purchasing the corresponding upgrade.

Need more seats, a higher pageview tier, or a license type you don't currently have (say, moving from Web to also cover an App)? Email sales@nimatype.com — upgrades are priced as the difference between your existing tier and the new one, not full price again.

5. Ownership

The Font Software, including its underlying design, outlines, hinting, and source files, remains the property of Nimatype LLC and/or the original type designer. No rights other than those explicitly granted in this Agreement are transferred to you.

6. Term and termination

This Agreement is effective from the date of download and continues until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any term of this Agreement, at which point you must stop using the Font Software and delete all copies. Sections 5, 7, and 8 survive termination.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The Font Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nimatype does not warrant that the Font Software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimatype LLC's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Font Software will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable license. Nimatype LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Font Software.

9. Refunds

Because the Font Software is delivered digitally and immediately downloadable, purchases are generally final once the download link has been used. If a font file is defective, missing a purchased style, or doesn't match its listing, contact sales@nimatype.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or issue a refund. 10. Changes to this Agreement

Nimatype LLC may update this Agreement from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that license. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
